Hi, SSB Interview is the golden gateway to join Indian Army, Indian Air Force or Indian Navy for that you have to clear written exams like NDA, CDS, AFCAT and 2nd way is Direct SSB without written exams.
video about, GTO Day 1 Progressive group task, after group discussion and group (GD) planning exercise (GPE), GTO brings all the candidates to the ground for PGT. Here the GTO briefs the PGT rule to the candidates. After that the GTO shown the four stages of the PGT and explain the PGT structures to the candidates. Candidates have to finish the PGT within the time given by the GTO. The stages of PGT are progressive. For example: Stage 1 – Simple, Stage 2 – Compound, Stage 3 – Complex. At the end stage 4 only some group reaches, otherwise all the groups get stuck in stage 3. In stage 3, after seeing the candidates for some time, if they are not able to do anything, then GTO ends the time.
