SSB Interview - USE YOUR SMARTNESS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS IN SSB GTO OUTDOOR GROUP TASKS & Psych Tests

“When you know better, you perform better”
It's just not enough to develop your practical intelligence but never putting it to practice. It's as good as learning a musical instrument but never practicing it. It's absolutely vital that we practice in order to play better and probably become an expert. Similarly our inner abilities and intelligence needs to be put into practice in order to develop expertise. Revisiting the fact that abilities differ in different people, it's this practical intelligence that helps us fill the void that's required to excel and succeed which is being achieved by making the most apt decisions. To find out your level of skills, you may know your learning style and intelligence level and how do you use it to solve tasks/situation.

Must watch our GTO tasks Videos on youtube

Are you lacking in practical intelligence or imagination? Here are few GURU MANTRAS for you:
1. Gather insight : In training section, use each and every tasks as a new experience. Apply your ideas skillfully and logically.
2. Use your time well : In the ground there are lots of structures, use your time to listen and learn the art of tackling structures from GTO Instructor in your practice time.
3. Join training classes : You may think you know much of what you learnt from GTO Instructor. Rather than saying "I know this", ask yourself, "how well do you know this..?" open yourself to learn from their experiences.

If you succeed in these mantras, you will be gaining increased mental acuity and great knowledge.

How to write TAT or PPDT Stories SSB consists of three techniques, Psyche, GTO and the Interview one. Tests differ but the technique is the same and the technique is looking for suitability. Means possession! Projection and rating, ranking and grading of OLQs of the optimum satisfaction of the “Assessors” I will show you one of picture and would like to make up a story on the picture. The story should be as dramatic and imaginative as possible. Tell me what is happening in this picture?, what led up to it? And what will the outcome be? Describe as fully as you can, the thoughts, feeling, action and emotions of the character but please do not describe the picture as you are required to write a story with the blank card.
