In his first two attempts he was not qualified, then he joined Hosla Academy for two weeks course. after attending one week of classes he realised what mistakes was made in previous SSB interviews. now he come to know on which area he have to workout (Psyche, Interview and GTO). During classes when i checked his TAT stories i founded his responses was not according to pictures, also during outdoor classes first two three days he was not able to give ideas according to demand of structures. during classes I cleared his all doubts and fundamentals. HOW TO WRITE SELF  DESCRIPTION Self Description test which is also know as self appraisal or self story writing, is the last test in psychologist test series at Service Selection Boards (SSBs). It may be the last test but as important as the first one, this test cons the finding of psychologist about a particular candidate which he makes by the previous tests like TAT, WAT and SRT. Personal Interview (PI) What is an Interview? It is the process of selling of the candidate to the particular organization or company.  The organization may be any corporate companies or Defense System. The Personal interview (PI) may also be taken as a purposeful conversation between a candidate and the interviewing officer (IO) to check out the particular pre-determined qualities (OLQ). Personal Interview:- The PI is the psychological assessment of the candidate by the IO usually in the rank of colonel i.e. who is the president or deputy president of the board.  The IO reads well the PIQ filled by the candidate on the first day and also have the psychological answer paper i.e. self description and comments of the psychologist over the candidate, in his hand before the candidate is called inside the room.
