In every GTO outdoor tasks (PGT, HGT, FGT and Command Task), a process is attached. Which can be explained in simple way as:-

Each structure of GTO tasks, have its property which can be understand by breaking the structure into parts. This process is called  

ANALYSIS. Analyse means to break any structure into parts and then study the specific role being played by that subpart in structure.

The Thematic Apperception test (TAT), Picture Perception and Description Test - SSB Interview

How to write TAT or PPDT Stories SSB consists of three techniques, Psyche, GTO and the Interview one. Tests differ but the technique is the same and the technique is looking for suitability. Means possession! Projection and rating, ranking and grading of OLQs of the optimum satisfaction of the “Assessors” I will show you one of picture and would like to make up a story on the picture. The story should be as dramatic and imaginative as possible. Tell me what is happening in this picture?, what led up to it? And what will the outcome be?
