1 – Jb aap koi SSB coaching join krte ho to kya apka GTO instructor sare ideas khud hi bta deta he, (na usne mehnat ki aap pr aur na apko mind lgane ki jrurat padi.)?
2 – Aapne koi new idea generate kiya aur apka GTO instructor reject krke apna idea hi workable bta raha he, pr apko justify nhi kr rha ki apka idea kyu wrong he?
3 – Some academies to RATTA lgwa deti he apko, aisa structure aaye to aisa bna dena.
Above mentions type academies apki personality ko coach kr rahi he.

Now my question is, during coaching apko apke kisi bhi GTO instructor ne ye nhi kaha ki apply your own thinking first, agr apka Idea/Logic right hoga then move ahead otherwise wrong huaa to implement kese hoga, weak points kya he jo ye plan work nhi krega, resources kese use honge. Is type se apko smjhaya gaya ho, Apki imagination and practical ability ko knowledge ka strong base diya ho.
Kyu nhi kiya aisa apke GTO instructor ne, do you have any answer?
I will explain to you, do karan ho skte he, ek ya to use structures or tasks k bare me jyada knowledge nhi he ya others classes bhi he aur time less he.

SSB Interview kiska kharab huya? Aapka, Uska to kuch nhi gya, haan jo aapne heavy amount pay kiya he wo jrur uski pocket me gaya he.
Every Aspirant by Internet or Books overall SSB interview ki preparation kr leta he and GTO tasks k liye hi kisi academy ko join krta he. Aur join krne k baad bhi right approach nhi milti.
Agr aisa huya he apke sath to apko wrong approach mili he friends.
Simple Logic he, aap life me kisi bhi activity or game me participate krte ho, to wo apki inner voice means confidence hota he jo apko push krta he participate krne k liye, now tell me ye confidence gain kaha se hota he?, of course your knowledge, and without knowledge aap participate kroge to confidence nhi hoga aur agr confidence nhi hoga to wrong things automatically generate hogi and result you know very well.

In Officers k sath rehkr mujhe ek baat clear ho gayi ki knowledge inko bhi nhi he jyada structures ki aur inko sirf utna hi pata he tasks k bare me jitna inhone waha SSB Board me apne senior GTO se sikha he aur bahut hi km aise GTO Officers he jo apne aap me ek SAAGAR he aur apni practical imagination knowledge k SAAGAR se ek ek structure ko bahar nikal kr tasks me convert krte he.

 I am not a GTO, but I am designer and me khud structures/Tasks design krta hu. jis jgah mene 11 years as a GTO instructor work kiya he under Retd. officers k wo aaj bhi mere designed structures pr arriving aspirants ko coaching de rahe he and I am sure jitna mene unhe btaya he structure/tasks k bare me wo utna hi krwate hoge…

SSB Psychological test - Word association test (WAT)

Word association test or WAT is one of the famous tests of psychology. The main purpose of this test is to get a clear idea about a candidates thinking. You may be wondering how can they check our thinking ? well its quite simple actually. Humans think about something if they get some time, but if there is no time at all then we act on the very first thought that comes in our mind. What happens in this test is that you are shown a word on which you have to make a sentence. The problem is that you only have 15 seconds to think and write a sentence on that particular word. Words rage from 60. Most of the words are repeated in order to see if the candidate has the same mode of thinking or not, usually after 15 20 sentences candidate's mind begins to give up thinking and he/she starts writing whatever comes in mind in split of a second, he doesn't know what he has written in the test when it finishes , the test actually get the true thinking of the candidate on the paper.
