How to gain Confidence up to the optimum level in GTO Tasks, my answer to this question is, for optimum level your requirement is knowledge base Training not Coaching classes
Hosla Academy for those SSB Aspirants who have ideas but they don’t apply in a systematic manner or have doubts e.g. is his idea workable or not? is type k candidates me lack of confidence hota he. without coaching wale aspirants ka smjh aata he but after tacking coaching bhi confidence nhi hota ye smjh se bahar he. now my question is that ki lack of confidence kyu hota he in trained candidates k andar. Do you have any answer of my question? Here I will tell you, aap coaching academy join krte ho and jb apko ground pr le jaya jata he tb first mistake apka GTO instructor krta he and second mistake aap khud ideas learn krte huye krte ho… now how?
First mistake apka GTO jb apko lecture dekr 1-2 structure krwa ke apko kehta he do yourself and side ho jata he ya call me busy ho jata he door se apko watch ya wo bhi nhi krta he. Means apka GTO Instructor ground pr hokr bhi nhi hota. And aap batch k sath hi ideas learn krte ho. Aapne during coaching period notice kiya hoga Apka GTO instructor ground me apke sath km hi participant krta he.
Second mistake aap krte ho, jb apke batch k others candidates ideas implement kr rahe hote he aur aap unke ideas dekhkr learn krte ho, this is your biggest mistake and iske causes kuch bhi ho skte he.
Dekho aap coaching academy join krte ho aur waha 40-60 ya isse bhi jyada ka batch allready hota he ab aap ye to nhi keh skte k sb aap jese hi he jinhe ye nhi pata k structure pr kese ideas ko implement krna he,agr aap ye soch kr ground me khade ho to yahi sbse badi apki wrong thinking he.
I will tell you how?, 40-60 ya use bhi jyada k batch ko three parts me divide krte he jis batch ko aapne coaching academy me join kiya he.
1 - apke batch me kuch candidates refresher k liye hote he jinhone pehle hi ground k sare ideas kiye aur dekhe hote he.
2 - kuch kisi aur academy se coaching lekr dusri academy ko join krte he wo bhi hote he (Repeaters).
3 - kuch fresh candidates hote he. Ye fresh candidates in dono (Refresher and Repeater) k bich me GTO Tasks ki practice krte he aur inhe kuch mehenat krne ki jrurat nahi hoti, repeaters and refreshers inhe sb smjha dete he. Ye circle rotate hota rehta he.
Now you tell me confidence kaha se aayega?
Coaching academy k structures and unke ideas se apka familiar ho jana iska ye mtlb nhi he k aap confident ho gaye ho. Simple si baat he agr me kisi bhi untrained (Fresher) Candidate ko rules bta kr helping material de kr kahu k is task ko cross krna he to naturally wo candidate kuch na kuch structure pr implement krke cross kr hi lega. Now you tell me aap to train candidate ho fir bhi aap ek frehser ki trah act kr rahe ho to fir aapme aur untrained candidate me kya frk raha? You are going for officer Selection kuch to khaas baat honi chahiye aapke paas jo untrained candidate k paas nhi he.
Some of Qualities observe by your assessor through GTO Outdoor group tasks and command task:
Time and efforts kitna task me aapne lgaya mujhe usme jyada interest he na ki ideas me, kitne ideas aapne structure ko crack krne k liye try kiye me wo count kr raha hu, kis jgah aap blank huye wo me watch kr raha hu, kitne workable ideas aapne implement krte huye half me hi left kr diye, etc etc. thorough these some of qualities se me apke optimum and coached personality ko divide kr deta hu.
Your optimum level come from imagination power of your mind clubbed with practical intelligence+ deep knowledge, jb aap structure ko observe krke uski demand ko with helping material fill kr dete ho. Dear Aspirants geometrical figures ki koi limit nhi he structure kuch bhi ho skta he ideas kahi se bhi implement ho skte he depend on dimension of structure and task.
Assessors where and how assess your coached or lie personality?
1st - GTO outdoor group tasks (Coached Responses)
2nd - PP&DT and TAT stories (Mugged up/Bookish Stories)
3rd - Lie conversation with Interviewer ( jb interviewer apse huyi conversation ko aaps me connect krta he aur wo connect nhi hoti e.g. Ek baar direct question after time being indirectly same question again)
What is Selection procedure? In my simple language hamari friend list bahut lambi he but hamare sabhi friends close friends nhi hote, na special hote he aap inka selection kis base pr krte ho ask yourself apko answer mil jayega. SSB bhi same fundas apply krti he apke selection k liye.
